All orders are processed and dispatched from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours on business days (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Carrier tracking information typically updates within 48 hours. You can track anytime from the link in your email.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes in the United States. For other regions, please provide a physical address at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country’s customs office. These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark packages at the actual paid value as required by law.

Absolutely. Every order ships in a plain brown box with no branding. The sender shows as “BL Fulfillment” — nothing on the outside reveals the contents. Your privacy is guaranteed.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email support@binoku.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
