Honestly, for five bucks I thought the voice-guided telescopic thing would be a novelty, but the hands-free stroke is strong and the rumbling is deeper than I expected.

I like the deep rumble a lot, but at full power this thing is louder than the product page implies. If you don’t have a door closed or are in an apartment, you’ll hear the motor. That said, the voice-guided hands-free mode and telescopic action are genuinely good. Four stars, just wish it ran quieter.

Got this as a gift for my husband, and his reaction was mixed after the first few tries. He says the hands-free voice guidance is a cool idea and the telescoping stroke is stronger than expected, but the fit took some getting used to. We also had the voice-control connection drop twice mid-use, which pulled him out of the moment. On the plus side, it arrived quickly, the texture is smooth, and he has kept using it, so it’s not a total miss. I’d say it’s an interesting device for the price, just not the most user-friendly start.
