Ordered the 4 oz after trying a few water-based options. The formula itself is nice — the organic aloe gives it a silky feel and it doesn’t dry out as fast as my previous drugstore lube. My only gripe is that the pump top arrived loose and leaked a little around the neck during shipping. Once I wiped it down and tightened it, no more mess. It works well, so I’d repurchase, but I hope they check the caps before sending.

I bought two of the 8 oz bottles of shine aloe mostly because the ingredient list is short and the pump locks for travel. My partner was skeptical at first because he thought aloe would feel watery, but this has a nice cushion that lasts. We’ve used it a handful of times over the past month and haven’t had to reapply mid-session, which is unusual for water-based. The fact that it rinses off easily and doesn’t leave a film on silicone is a bonus. Reordering soon.

The locking pump on this aloe lube is a small thing, but it beats fumbling with a flip cap every time. It stays slick without getting sticky, and for ten bucks I’m sold.
