1. Eligibility — adults only

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe you do not meet this requirement.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, materials, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual product. Product descriptions are provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices at checkout are final, excluding shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This is not acceptance of your order.
• An order is accepted only when it is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.
• If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping

Shipping is processed in discreet, neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or BINOKU branding. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions for your safety. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within the period set out in our Return Policy. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing.

7. Promotions and discounts

• Promotional codes (e.g. WELCOME10) are subject to their stated terms, including expiry and usage limits.
• Codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and cannot be applied to previous orders.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the BINOKU name, logo, product designs, images, text, and graphics — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
